The Role
As a newly created position, we are in search of our first Senior HR Generalist to join our company to be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks such as talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding, training and career development.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Overall leadership and responsibility of all HR processes (recruiting, staff development, exit, training, employer branding etc.)
- Advertising and managing job positions on different job portals
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Performing candidate selections and interviews as well as managing candidate communication and delivering exceptional candidate experience throughout the application process
- Onboarding selected new team members
- Supporting and helping develop the recruitment strategy and employer brand of AVEA
- Utilizing a number of innovative recruitment methods and channels to build a strong pipeline of candidates
- Managing employee retention and development
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a leading university, preferably in business administration, human resources management or social sciences
- Several years of experience as HR all-rounder and operational experience in full life-cycle recruitment
- Proven success using creative sourcing channels to build a pipeline of candidates, including identifying and engaging passive talent
- Well organized, reliable & flexible personality
- Excellent written and oral English
- German language knowledge is a big plus
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- You have a can-do attitude and are motivated to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- You are a flexible, open-minded and communicative team player
- Start-up and company experience is a plus
