Senior Manager Client Solutions/Ops and Compliance :
- Together with the Head of Client Solutions, oversee four major operations functions in EMEA including central ops and compliance, payroll, onboarding and local representatives.
- Be the trusted advisor to all stakeholders within the scope of global employment, international mobility and regulatory compliance.
- Be the owner of our central knowledge base and develop strategy plan to encourage all stakeholders to contribute to and utilize the knowledge base.
- Be the owner of global employment and mobility solutions for EMEA, and to guide and handover these solutions internally to sales and operational stakeholders.
- Work with our Legal Department or internal stakeholders/ external vendors on both internal and legal documentations, including but not limited to Employment Agreement, work rules and policy, knowledge base documenting global employment regulations, best practices, FAQs as well as internal operational procedures and processes.
- Provide key support for internal stakeholders such as sales, customer service, employee relations and payroll departments.
- Advise on, execute and project manage strategic operational expansion efforts into EMEA or other assigned jurisdictions.
- Provide regular training to the sales and operations team to build up their knowledge on handling HR compliance or payroll related matters.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Senior Manager Client Solutions/Ops and Compliance
Requirements :
- Minimum 10+ years of regional team management position focusing on HR compliance and employment related practice in EMEA
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or legal equivalent.
- Extensive experience in international employment & mobility; Providing Employer of Record Solutions to a global client base will be in advantage.
- Deep knowledge of international labor laws, compliance and employment best practices.
- Significant project management skills and the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders
- Strong in English written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and adaptable to flexible working hours to support different time zones, possess a high degree of initiative, and highly committed and responsible.
- Willing to explore and learn new skills, and able to work under tight schedule.
- Has integrity, a positive work attitude, is detail-oriented and of pleasant character.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work autonomously.
- Flexible, start-up mindset and able to undertake new tasks by being resourceful.
