The Post Market Studies Manager is responsible for independently managing multiple Phase IV clinical studies of moderate complexity or managing a broader range of activities on large multi-center studies, as well as observance and data collection.

The Candidate

Experience and Professional Qualifications

• Clinical trial experience on Phase IV studies is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical research in a role that oversees (project management) and/or with monitoring clinical trials.
• Previous experience working with Ethical Committee, relevant regulatory and legal knowledge.
• Capable of leading in a matrix environment, without direct reports.
• Understanding of all aspects of clinical development with particular emphasis on monitoring and study execution.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to problem solve and mediate complex issues.
• Thorough understanding of the international aspects of medical device development process, including strong knowledge of international standards.
• Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills, both internal and external.
• Communicates effectively in a local/global matrix environment.
