Human Resources Assistant

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant for Gabon.

Key Accountabilities :

• Organize the development of enterprise recruitment, training and performance appraisal system, the formulation of human resources job description and management process;
• Master the local labor law;
• Responsible for the HR operations and daily duties;
• Responsible for the local discipline and relations with others departments;
• Deal with labor contract disputes;
• Responsible for employee's salary accounting, tax and social insurant payment.

Qualifications and experience :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
• Over 1-2 years working experience
• Professional human resources management skills, familiar with human resources management processes and related laws and regulations and policies;
• Participated in the relevant human resources management, labor laws and regulations and other aspects of training work.

Capabilities and Skills :

• Permission to work in Gabon;
• Ability to solve problems;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken);
• Good analytical skills;
• Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure;
• Hard-working, Responsible, with a high degree of enthusiasm for work.
