Bilingual Storekeeper - Gabon

• Receive materials
• Distribute materials to different teams on the site and record them 
• Ensure job hazard analysis is done with the team before starting activities
• Perform the periodic stock inventory
• Store materials safely
• Report damaged tools 
• Ensure the cleaning of warehouses  
• Assist with Audit process.
• Manage issuing and receiving goods in compliance with company procedure.
• Perform periodic stock takes.
• Ensure store area is safe and always secured.
• Utilize the existing computerized system to manage stock.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the hierarchy as part of his / her responsibilities 

• Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Personal and people management abilities including supervision, team building and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels
• Proven ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner
• Proven ability to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and identify and deal with problems
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite or other software related to stock management

Training & Education background

• University degree preferred
• Previous experience in mining companies preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to interact with diverse cultures
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
